Orientation was a fun two days spent on campus. The long lectures were overwhelming but it was so exciting to see where I would be living now, and pick out all of my classes. It was also fun being able to be with my parents on campus

Move in Day

Moving into college was a bit hard when it came to say goodbye to my family. This was a stressful and very long day but everything turned out the way we wanted. I couldn't imagine our room looking any different than what it turned out to be.

Bid Day!

Bid day was the best day ever! Running home with so much built up anticipation was a feeling I can't describe. Definitely something you can't explain, just experience. Bonus for being sisters with my roomie!

Convocation was a great experience. The speakers were great and their speeches were so inspiring. I loved that this event gave the Class of 2028 a chance to all be together as we will probably not gather again until graduation. It was a fun gathering to welcome us to our new hoe and hear the many stories the faculty has to share about this wonderful place. I'm thankful that we got to experience this and think it would be a great event for each school to hold. Although, there was unnecessary behavior, Im glad we could gather as one.

First Game Day

This was me and my roommate on our first game day. It was the best experience to say the least, and the Grove was so much fun even in the pouring down rain. We even got a Rebel WIN!!!

White Linen Social

This is me and my roommate at our White Linen Social. The White Linen Social was our first ADPI sisterhood event. It was a beautiful evening on the lake with all of our new sisters.

First trip home

My first trip home was great. It was so nice to be able to be back into my comfort zone, see my parents and all my friends. This is a picture of me at my high schools homecoming game where I had to crown our new homecoming queen.

Big/Little Reveal

Big/Little reveal was such a fun experience. It was a sisterhood event where we spent the day out at the Farmstead in Oxford with all of our sisters and got our Bigs. We first did the reveal then a little bit of Line dancing and was served a Mac and Cheese bar. I got the big I was hoping for even though it was a complete surprise because she tried to trick us. Yes, I said us, I also got a twin! As a family we ended the day with supper at the El Charro.

Halloween

I spent halloween back home this year with my hometown friends. It was a great weekend to catch up with everyone and be together and we got to dress up. Im still like a kid when it comes to dressing up for halloween.

Friendsgiving

Just recently me and my friends from home had a Friendsgiving night in one of my friends new house. Crazy we're old enough to have our own homes. It was so good for everyone to be together again like it used to be.

CASA

Lastly is CASA! Casa was such a fun experience to meet so many new people in my sorority at practice every week and let alone give us something to do which I needed. I was a bear in ADPi as our theme was the Lorax. I stood in the back as a background dancer, if you will. This is such a great cause and I'm so blessed that I had the opportunity to be apart of it. Pan love!

Colemans First Deer

This is my little sister Coleman! When I visited home one weekend I got the privilege to watch her kill her first deer. We were in a competition to see who would kill one first. Sadly she beat me to it but we were all so proud of this!

Christmas tree shopping

This is my friend Macy, Abbey, and I. Before break we went on the hunt for a little christmas tree to put in our dorms to make it feel a little more cosy and like home. During this trip we couldn't find a tree that we wanted but got small little decorations to out us in the Christmas feel.

Write before we left, my roommate got a surprise package in the mail and it ended up being a christmas tree that our moms sent to light up the season after we couldn't find one. This tree matches our dorm perfectly and the bows were the cutest touch.

Clemson/ Carolina game

Since I was not able to be in Oxford for the Egg bowl, I had to pull out my old orange and watch the Palmetto Bowl. Every year it is a tradition for all of our neighbor to come to our house for a "watch party" to watch this special game. My house is divided so this day can cause a little bit of tension after the outcome in my house. Even though Clemson lost this game we had a happy Carolina mom so that's a win for me. Although I chose to put back on my powder blue after the game to act like the Clemson loss never happened and was happy to be a Rebel!

Gameday in SC

This is from the Ole miss/South Carolina game that I actually got to go home and watch. I was able to stay with my two best friends that go to UofSC. Was a good weekend and loved being able to rub the win in their face.
