         <title>1, to achieve international justice we must hold every person responsible for the wrong doings and make sure that no one is above justice and that there must not be a statue of limitations as well as every country should have the same set of laws for certain acts. countries who do not want to be tried for the acts that they have committed in the past  so they don&#39;t agree to have international laws. </title>
