Star Jumps<br><br><strong>-Which exercise did you find the hardest and why?<br></strong>The exercise I found that was the most difficult for me was definitely the <em>London Bridge.</em> The London Bridge allowed me to shift my weight from side to side and to use my core. You know the song 'London Bridge Was Falling Down?' I literally was falling. Another hard one was the <em>Hand Walk- Out. </em>Again, I had to use my core muscles to do this as I could not bend my knees during the exercise. <br><br><strong>-Which exercise did you find the easiest and why?<br></strong>Of course the easiest has to be the star jumps. Done it for years and it's familiar to me, I did not have to add much energy into it. But definitely not the one where it combines the squat and the star jump, yeah that was literally torture. Just wanted to make that clear.  :p <br><br>The exercise was fun overall. I was still very confused why the lady in the video tried to get us to smile the whole time. Besides from the fact that I'm absolutely exhausted from the workout. On the bright side, today was a extremely freezing day and my body does feel really warmed up.
