1) Appearance: The capsicums on the skewer looked a little burnt and black around the corners. The grilled chicken cubes looked a little dry and had a hint of orange brown color from the curry powder marinate.

2) Aroma: The chicken kebab had a charred meaty aroma attributed by the grilling process with a strong curry aroma. It had a light scent of cooked capsicum aroma on top of the grilled curry flavored chicken.

3) Taste: The grilled chicken kebab was savory and had a strong and warm garlic/gingery taste. It also had hint of spiciness contributed by the curry powder. The capsicum was juicy and sweet

4) Texture: The chicken was dry on the outside but juicy on the inside. It was tough/soft to chew. 3) Taste: The pizza gyoza tasted really nice like actual pizza in a gyoza. The nacho cheese sauce also tasted really nice but was very cheesy so I added more chili powder. 

4) Texture: The pizza gyoza was really crunchy on the outside but was nice and soft on the inside. The nacho cheese that we made smelled really milky and cheesy. Texture: The texture of the nacho cheese was smooth without any lumps on it although it was thick. The pizza gyoza's texture was abit too oily as we might have drenched it with alot of oil, the pizza gyoza was cruncy where we plated the gyoza on the top but when it was bitten into it, it was soft and chewy.
Taste: The nacho cheese tasted delicious as it tasted milky. The gyoza taste flavourful and it did not taste burnt. The filling in the gyoza was savory. Appearance: The gyoza looked presentable as it was not dark in colour but the top looks slightly burnt. The nacho cheese looks very creamy and appetizing.

Taste: The gyoza skin was crispy. The meat section was juicy. When the Pizza Gyoza and the cheese is consumed together, It tasted sweet but bland towards the end.

Texture: The Pizza Gyoza skin was oily, especially the meat section. The gyoza skin was hard but the meat section was soft. The cheese was sticky, thick and creamy.

Aroma: It smelled yummy.I could definitely smell the aroma of real pizza from the gyozas because of the filling and the cheese sauce smelled good too.

Taste: The gyozas were very tasty and tasted like pizza.It was a nicer alternative for pizza and I would definitely make them for my family.The cheese sauce tasted good as well even though it was overcooked.

The gyoza  turned out to be really yummy and came out with a nice brown texture and color and was perfectly cooked. The taste of it was was good and the fillings would just melt in our mouths and with the crunchy sides giving it a crunch with every bite.

The gyoza taste very crispy. It has a strong tomato and cheese taste, just like the pizza. But the nacho cheese is taste too cheesy and sticky, although it smells good, we should have add more water.

Taste (Nacho Cheese Sauce): The taste was flavourful and tasty. The extra amount of cheese made it delicious.

Texture (Pizza Gyoza):
The texture of the Gyoza looked a bit hard but was looked crispy.

The Gyoza was baked to golden-brown and looked crispy on the outside. They also looked charred due to baking it slightly longer.

2) Aroma: The Gyoza had a pleasant aroma due to the baking process and the capsicum inside wafted out a strong smell. The cheese had a slight fragrance and smelled nice. There is also a smell of chilli powder, adding more flavour to the cheese sauce.

3) Taste: The Gyoza bursted with many different flavours at a time due to the capsicums, tomatoes, chickens etc. When I dipped it in the cheese sauce, the cheese sauce made it even more delicous as it added a taste of saltiness and thickness.

4) Texture: The Gyoza outside taste crispy and added a crunch in it. The contents inside the gyozas were soft and mushy on the inside. The cheese sauce was thick.
