I received my parcel yesterday, which I have waited two weeks for. To be frank I don’t think that two weeks waiting time is okay.

 Anyway, I got the parcel with my shoes in it, but it was the wrong colour and size…

 I will send the shoes back to you, but in return, I would like the shoes that I ordered, and not something else. I also think that the shipping for the correct pair is on you, as it was you who messed up my order.

Yesterday I got the shoes I bought from you, but I am sad to say that I am not consented with what I got. First of all, I waited two weeks for the shoes, and that it a little too long, and when I got the shoes it was the wrong size and color I got. So, what do we do, do you want me to send the shoes back, and then you send me the right ones or what do you think? And I hope we can find a solution about the shipping, because I don’t want to pay for the shipping now.

I hope that this only have happened to me, and we can work something out.

I yesterday received a parcel with new shoes. I had wait two weeks before I received the shoes. I have received the shoes now. When I figure out it is a wrong size and the color is not what I had expected. 

Can I ask why I wants to pay the shipping? 

Can you maybe send me the shoes I want? So, can I return the shoes I already had received back to you?

I am writing because I received a pair of shoes yesterday. It took two weeks to get my parcel from you and I am writing to require why I got the shoes in the wrong size and the wrong colour. I think something went wrong and I hope that we can figure a way out so I can get the real pair of shoes and sent the old pair back at no charge. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I take contacted to you because; yesterday I got the shoes 2 week too late but it could happen. I am sorry but it was not, in the right sized and it was not in the color I has ordered. I have ordered some shoes which I have received yesterday, thanks for that. I am writing because I have waited 2 weeks on the shoes, which weren´t completely the size or colour I ordered. Therefore, it would be nice if I could receive the right shoes as soon as possible please. I hope that maybe you could pay for the shipping cost, as I have ordered some other shoes. And if you want these shoes back, please let me now, so I can send them back as soon as I can as well.

I'm contacting  you after receiving my ordered shoes yesterday. It is disappointed to see that the delivery process takes two weeks. Also, I'm sadly disappointed to see the wrong color and size on my product. We have received my shoes from you, but it is not the right size, or the right color either. We are contacting you because we would like to hear if it could be an opportunity, that you pay for the return since there was a mistake. We would be happy if you could send the right pair of shoes.
