We've all adapted to school, how to show emotion, and having friends without preparing our selves for it or really having any knowledge on how to react to our surroundings. It is the same thing for your workplace.

i learned that employees who approach their job with a flexible mindset are more highly valued by employers, flexibilty is something that most employers look for in employees, work place flexibility meets the needs of both the buisness and its workers. i need to improve on being change out of my comfort zone, i also need to improve on working with people i don't like because its just not something i do. don't alot of people have workplace flexibity because they still have to adapt to their place of work anyways.

3 things i learned are workers with more high value attend their job with a flexible and adaptable mindset, get out of your comfort zone sometimes, and the emotions of feeling balanced. 2 things that i think i can improve on are stepping out of my comfort zone, and listening more. 1 question i have on this topic is do you have to learn to adapt and be flexible?
