video - A character has a problem meets a guide who gives them a plan and gives CTA avoiding failures and end in a success. This framework relates to human needs such as self actualisation, relationships and safety survival. Customer is the character, your customer is the hero, will the hero get what they want? Understand what exactly customers want, this want needs to connect to a human need, survival. conserve and resources, build, accumulated resources and self actualisation. A character has a problem, villain should be a root source outdated process e,g. Villain should be relatable and similar, otherwise lacks clarity. Tell a story customers relate to, customer face internal, external and philosophical. External – real world, Internal – have what it takes?, Philosophical – good vs evil. Villain hours of prospect research external hit sales quota internal fearful of failure, philosophical shouldn’t take them so long. Character meets a guide, empathy and authority. By empathy a deep understanding of consumers problem, authority. Eager to help customer and becomes trusted. Who's gives them a plan, the process plan the agreement plan , process – steps to do business schedule appointment review KPI, plan. Agreement, We guarantee this this this. Lay out plan. CTA – Characters need to be CTA, someone or something challenges them to do so, read their minds. Send obvious message to take step now, direct CTAS and transitional. DCA Sales calls, call today easy. Transitional educational content like blogs or webinars.

Customer feels comfortable to direct CTA, will they fail or succeed? Failure – what will customers lose if they don’t buy our products? Tell a story with stakes, salt in a recipe like a story. External, internal and philosophical outcomes to avoid! What life looks lie character succeeds, character winning power or position, union makes character whole. Allowing hero to spend time with family, self realization and self acceptance. [Verse 2] Cosmetic touch, makin' grins pristine, Whitening beams, brighter than the bling, Crowns fit perfect, pure dental cuisine, Leave with that million-dollar grin, so clean. [Chorus] Million-dollar grin, shine brighter than the sun, Friendly staff, A1, we second to none, General, cosmetic, restorative's begun, Walk out feelin' fresher, smiles gettin' spun. [Verse 3] From fillings to veneers, perfection in the prep, No pain, all gain, best dental rep, Friendly hands, steady, ain't no misstep, Smiles on the rise, takin’ that next step. [Verse 4] Invisalign, straighten with designer finesse, Bridges built strong, restore the impress, No need to stress, your smile the centerpiece, Walk out the door, worry put to rest. [Bridge] High-end service, you know the drill, Every visit, every time, gets better still, Floss and shine, we cure, we heal, Under this roof, pure dental thrill.
