         <title>Krebs Cycle (2nd stage)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This stage happens in the mitochondria, and requires aerobic conditions. The 2 small molecules that are created in the 1st stage, are broken down into carbon dioxide, thus, creating more ATP molecules. Most of the carbon dioxide we breath out, come from the Krebs Cycle. As an effect of the Krebs Cycle, some of the glucose energy has taken the form of ATP. During this stage, energy has also been transferred to electron shuttles.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This final stage also happens in the mitochondria, and aerobic conditions are required for this process. The energy from the electron shuttles that were produced in the Krebs Cycle, are turned into ATP. In fact, this is the stage that produces the most ATP during Cellular Respiration. At the end of this stage, the electron shuttles combine with oxygen and hydrogen atoms, and form water. Then, the rest of the energy, is converted into heat and released.</div>]]></description>
