As a developer, I can spot the signs of small improvement and derive satisfaction from these
improvements. I encourage myself and others to look at what is going right, instead of just what is going wrong. That helps you to proceed and stay optimistic even when growth is slow.

I think my strength of maximizer would be helpful in implementing this innovation. I worked with postpartum women for many years, and had postpartum depression myself. This is a cause I feel passionately about and believe that it has the potential transform the lives of women and families.
