I do not think Walter is a bad person because, in the long run he thinks it will be beneficial for his family. He did get scammed but that wasn't his fault so i do feel bad. He did spend all of the money including his sisters money which was not right. In the end though I can sympathize because, the feeling of turning 1 dollar into 2 dollars is very nice.

You can say this could be Walter in many ways. This could be a defining character trait for Walter only because he is consumed with the life his family could have if his liquor business could turn out. He does get scammed but he did have good contentions for the fact he was doing it all for his family.

This relates to Walter because he is consumed with the fact that he could be rich. It did not matte how it turned out for him he only had one thing in mind. That thing was someday becoming rich that's all that he could think of. Walter did not see the risk in it because, of how narrow-minded he was being

As said in the song " I wanna be rich, oh," He would like to be rich just like Walter would like to be. The idea of money consumes Walter which is related in this song.The reason why is because, the world revolves around money. It never hurts to have more money.

Walter is consumed with the fact that mama has spent the money on a house instead of spending the money on his business. Even though the money is not his he is still upset at the fact that the money that his mother has came across of was not spent on his business.
