         <description><![CDATA[<div>-COVID slowed down the rate that the Great Barrier Reef is declining&nbsp;<br>- During this time the Great Barrier Reef has come back from the way it was before&nbsp;<br>-A main factor was that traveling was pretty much stoped&nbsp;<br>-This caused less to boats and people going through the Great Barrier Reef&nbsp;<br>- With the less boats and people the Great Barrier Reef had time to come back and rebuild a little bit&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
