Quakers have a phrase to express connection/prayer “Holding you in the light” We can think of this as the light of Hope or Love or the light of God, Good wishes and Support.

Do you need a HUG? Maybe you do not. 

Could you pass this token on to someone who does? 

Currently we are “allowed” to hug members of our own household. Perhaps we don't feel like doing so sometimes. Living together over the last year has been something new to most of us. 

We recognise those that we do not hug to keep them safe. 

Sharing music is another way to feel connected. Can music speak louder than words?
