- In the initial weeks, we spoke about what we should accomplish for our group project. Prior to that, we talked about potential solutions to any issues 'users' may have. We received several original suggestions from everyone before settling on the "Cable Management Box" idea. We were able to realise that our concept is more original than coming up with anything brand-new.
- Examine the topics raised, the varied opinions expressed, and the dynamics of the group discourse. Consider our individual contributions as well as our ability to effectively communicate, listen, and be open to the ideas of others.

Following several research and investigations, we go forward with our "Cable Management Box". There will be a sizable group project, a discussion, a presentation, and group-related activities. The context is described, some background information is provided, and a summary of the goals and objectives for the group project is also provided. We also have a clear understanding of what happened, what to do, and the corresponding steps that must be taken.

The first phase, "Empathise," has been the topic of discussion this week. We conducted our conversation using the Microsoft Teams platform. The fact that none of us were very familiar with a "Cable Management Box" prompted us to conduct additional research online to gather more information. Our leader had created a video of us taking our first step and uploaded it on the spectrum.
- We were able to submit additional videos of additional processes by the deadline specified by our lecturer. We conducted a weekly discussion using the WhatsApp platform for the other steps. Based on how each week went, we watched the video and had a group discussion.
- Continuous Evaluation:
Pre-submission 1
Pre-submission 2
Pre-submissions 3
Pre-submissions 4
Pre-submissions 5
Video of the group's final presentation

LESSON LEARNED FROM EACH STAGES

Step 1 : Empathize
Step 2 : Define
Step 3 : Ideate
Step 4 : Prototype
step 5 : Test

- Step 1: From step 1, I was able to figure out how crucial empathy is before we come up with solutions to an issue. Through observation, involvement, and immersion, we may empathise. Understanding how our users feel is crucial because no two people experience the same issues.

- Step 2: I discovered that this step requires us to explicitly state the issue we are attempting to solve. We must precisely and completely identify the issue the users are experiencing. Before we start our project, we also need to reframe our "Point of View" to establish a distinct goal and mission.

- Step 3: As for step 3, ideating is the process of turning our concept into a product or other options. Though there are many chances for failure, brainstorming does not imply that we should just create one concept.

- Step 4: In order to complete step 4, we must construct our solution's product. A prototype can be any kind of thing, whether a virtual programme or a physical object. Our prototype needs to be able to address the issues that users are having.

- stage 5: Testing is crucial in this stage to get input, improve solutions, and keep researching our users. Testing is another way to determine whether or not our product addresses the issues raised by our users.

- Project objectives should be more precisely defined and documented to prevent ambiguity. Additionally, the procedure for gathering and studying relevant data needs to be enhanced.
- Enhance analysis and modelling to improve the accuracy of estimating costs, deadlines, and resources. Improve emergency readiness and risk assessment to lower possible threats and issues
- Establish communication channels and protocols to guarantee effective and quick information sharing. To boost collaboration, motivation, and production, foster a supportive team environment.

When a project is finished, its deliveries, accomplishments, and results are referred to as its outcomes. These outcomes are products or changes that the project's actions and efforts have really produced. It is imperative to keep in mind that project results must be carefully outlined and integrated with the project's objectives from the outset. Regular monitoring and assessment throughout the project aid in ensuring that the desired outcomes are obtained.

The "design thinking" approach to problem-solving emphasises the importance of comprehending customer needs, developing unique solutions, and iteratively testing and enhancing ideas. We can address the issues that our users encounter by understanding their perspectives, defining the issues, coming up with potential solutions, prototyping, and testing. Design thinking generally encourages creativity and user-centered design approaches by emphasising the human factor and using creative problem-solving techniques. From social transformation and product design to service innovation and organisational strategy, this may be applied to a wide range of issues and industries.
