500 grams of tokat leaves (pickled)
1 lemon
Olive oil
Filling

2 medium sized onions
1,5 cups of rice
Parsley
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Black Pepper
Red chilli flakes
Cumin
Mint
Salt
2 tablespoons of oil


Firstly, soak the pickled leaves in hot water for 2-3 minutes, wash them and put them into a strainer.
Grate the onions into a large bowl and pour olive oil all over it.
Wash the rice and add it into the bowl.
After adding the spices, tomato paste and salt, add finely chopped parsley and mix. (it will be a raw filling)
Put the filling on the wide part of the leaf and wrap it by closing it from both sides like a roll. Continue this process until the leaves are finished.
Add olive oil and lemon slices on the wrapped leaves and add about 5-6 cups of hot water and cook over low heat. (you can cover a bowl slightly smaller than the pot lid so that the wraps do not fall apart).

600 g fresh green beans 
2 tomatoes
1 onion
Half teaspoon chilli flakes
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Half a tea glass of olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1,5 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cups of hot water

For the green bean dish, firstly roast the chopped onion in olive oil until it turns pink.
Then add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and spices and roast for a minute or two.
Add the beans that we wash, cut in half and slice and continue roasting.
Roast until the beans change colour and start to soften. For the beans to cook quickly, it is important to roast well without adding water. Cooking time varies according to the type of beans, if the fork sticks easily and does not squeak, it means that it has softened :) By the way, I used string beans, since it is a broad bean, I cut it vertically in the middle, however you prefer. While roasting, do not forget to put the pot on low heat and close the lid. If it is a good bean that is fresh enough, it can be cooked even while roasting with its own water without the need to add water.
Adjust the salt, when the green beans are roasted enough, add the hot water and let it cook.
You can check whether it is cooked by taking a bean and biting it once in a while.
After switching off the stove, let's wait 15-20 minutes for the first temperature to come out. You can serve the green bean dish hot or warm. If you want to serve cold like olive oil, you can cook it in the same way without adding tomato paste.
