A Review of Week 7: (Opportunity for Reflection)Upon successful completion of this course, it became apparent that all personal deficiencies could be readily addressed, thereby facilitating the achievement of professional objectives. Concurrently, it is perceived that the aforementioned courses will engender opportunities for career progression in the desired field. The course has effectively facilitated a transformation in my traditional communication process, enabling me to socialise and interact with a greater number of individuals. In accordance with the findings of Darling-Hammond and Oakes (2021), the provision of support in a variety of forms is considered the most effective method for developing the course skills of a candidate. The enhancement in the score assigned to my abilities in the career builder application has served to increase my confidence in my ability to build a career in my preferred field.

My research on digital skills has indicated that there is a strong correlation between confidence in the use of various technologies and the ability to apply them to both professional learning and daily life. In the contemporary job market, proficiency in digital skills has become an indispensable prerequisite for numerous professional roles. A recent analysis of the job market reveals a proliferation of roles that do not necessitate advanced qualifications or experience, but rather, a fundamental understanding of digital competencies. As Attaran (2020) asserts, the increasing adoption of advanced technology by businesses necessitates employees who can effectively utilise this technology.

Consequently, the acquisition of these competencies can facilitate the emergence of novel prospects and enhance one's employability in the contemporary job market. It is further hypothesised that this skill will be beneficial for conducting social marketing in future careers. As van Laar et al. (2019) have asserted, an enhanced understanding of digital competencies can prove instrumental in the growth and development of an organisation.

A review of Week 8: (Opportunity for Reflection)The course on digital marketing has enabled me to identify my strengths in this field. It is believed that the ability to work with different technologies can be enhanced by an understanding of these skills. It is anticipated that this coursework will facilitate the acquisition of new skills and the attainment of a desired position within the organisation.

Despite possessing proficiency in time management, this course has been instrumental in refining and optimising these abilities. Prior to commencing this course, I conducted research on the benefits of time management skills. The findings of this research indicated that effective time management skills would serve to reduce stress levels in the workplace, whilst simultaneously facilitating the prioritisation of tasks. According to McGunagle and Zizka (2020), effective time management skills can clarify the goals of a candidate in the workplace.

Repeated practice in time management skills can facilitate the identification of the most significant tasks in the workplace. This process ensures that a candidate can allocate more time to achieving superior and more substantial results. In the words of Hamilton and Sodeman (2020), effective time management can enhance the performance of a candidate.

These two challenges have hindered my ability to express my ideas in a manner that is commensurate with the complexity of the ideas themselves. Moreover, these challenges have also had an impact on my confidence when communicating in English.

Despite these challenges, I am determined and confident that, with dedication and persistence, these shortcomings will be surmounted, leading to enhanced English proficiency in both written and oral communication. I have already initiated a programme of writing practice prior to commencing my projects, and I have also augmented my reading to include more complex vocabulary, which I subsequently incorporate into my own writing.

Confronted with these challenges, I remain steadfast in my commitment to ameliorate them. I am confident that with dedication and perseverance, I will enhance my proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Given that English is my second language, I have already commenced the purchase of relevant literature in English. This approach enables the simultaneous enjoyment of reading while acquiring new vocabulary, thus facilitating the enhancement of one's linguistic proficiency.

Additionally, I have adopted a methodical approach to enhancing my pronunciation through the medium of podcasts and documentaries.

Social interaction has been identified as a key scheme following attendance at this coursework. It is hypothesised that the acquisition of this skill will facilitate connections and relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
