The potential benefits that this study would bring are students can raise the bar of their potential in academic performances. The management of UiTM Shah Alam may also be benefited by this study in a way that when the problems are pointed out, they would be able to use their resources to actually help to boost students performances in the academic level. In UiTM Shah Alam at least, this study is necessary because the respondents and maybe other students can unlock their true potential and succeed in their studies. With the increasing rate of failure among student university in Malaysia, based on their final examination result. Why student keep failing? Are they not interested or something else. Those who fail what are the action for them to solve the problem. Thus, this study is to investigate the factors that contribute failure among student through the UiTM Shah Alam students and try to overcome it.

The perfomance of students in examinations in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM) Shah Alam has been investigated for years. People know that everyone learn from failure. If the student was fail at the first time, who know maybe he or she can do better after that. The students will learn how to fix their problem from the failure that they got before.  Performance  among students in UITM Shah Alam has been put forward and the reasons why do students fail in examinations need to be discovered. The result performance will effects the students CGPA. The performance of students will show the ability and the students character that are good or bad. The student that failed before,  had more experience that will make them to do better and appreciate the value of the result and will be more hardworking and this will help them to be confident in life.
