         <description><![CDATA[<div>you put the top number of the fraction aka the numerator behind a decimal. if the numerator is a single number then its in the tenths place and just put that one number behind the decimal. if its two numbers then its in the hundredths place and you put the two numbers behind the decimal and so on.<br>ex:99/100 = 0.99 or 897/1000 = 0.897 or 0.5 = 5/10</div>]]></description>
