(Category 2B-Culture and society) By using as a primary sources speeches delivered by Hilary Clinton about the role of women in society, it is analyzed the impact of Hillary Clinton’s speech on society and specially, on women from different backgrounds in America. In terms of language, it is analyzed the use of rhetorical devices and the structure of the speech to fulfil the author’s intention.    </div><div>2.  (Category 3-Literature) Analysis of the language use in Edgar Allan Poe’s short stories “The Tell-Tale Hearth” and “The black Cat” and its contribution to build understanding of the concept of “Insanity”. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As part of the social engagement planned for this field trip, Ss visit a native community in the jungle As part of the social engagement planned for this field trip, Ss visit a native community in the jungle where there are not enough good conditions for this kind of population in terms of facilities, school materials among others etc. 10<sup>th</sup> graders can prepare activities for the children of this community focused on sharing their identities, they use of the target language at basic level developing vocabulary games, teaching them expressions or having basic role plays with basic vocabulary, and the children from this community will be given material in order to draw and paint something related to their community (A tradition, a symbol or a costume that reflects their identity) they will be asked to explain their productions and share their insights regarding their identity. At the end of the activity Ss give away books, school material collected as donations gathered at school.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
