Mitosis: Cell division of two cells that has the same amount of chromosomes
Meiosis: Cell division that divides twice to produce four cells containing half the genetic material of the first one.
I know there are phases such as interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and I think cytokinesis in mitosis. During meiosis I think there are the phases of where there repeat twice such as prophase II and more.
