And how this may negatively affect people's lifestyles, especially children and teenagers. Studies say that one of the causes of lethargy in children and their low activity is immobility. And this is one of the results of internet addiction. Some people use the internet as an escape from reality. When they face life's stresses and problems, they resort to the Internet for entertainment. For example, watching favorite movies and series could help them relieve pressure. Others prefer to use the Internet to spend their free time. If the purpose is to learn a new skill it is a good thing. But most people, whether they are children, teenagers or adults, spend their time on social media without benefiting from it.<br>There are also people who suffer from internet addiction because of loneliness. They prefer to spend time talking to people through social media without having to look at them or even hear them. Internet addiction in general causes health and psychological problems, and in my personal opinion, we must get rid of it and live a real life.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><em>By: Bader Al Mutairi&nbsp;</em></li></ul><div>There has been a big percentage of people spending their time on the internet rather than spending time with their family, or friends.&nbsp;<br>‏Internet use has been categorized as an actual disorder, and has been termed 'Internet Addiction' because of its similarity to addictions like smoking, drinking, and watching too much TV.<br>‏.This is not surprising at all<br>I have a cousin who faced the problem of Internet addiction.&nbsp; He went through several stages in the problem of Internet addiction .He&nbsp; fell into this addiction for several reasons .&nbsp;<br>First, feeling bored is one of the biggest causes of internet addiction.&nbsp;<br>My cousin relied on wasting his&nbsp; time on the Internet, that's one of the first reasons.&nbsp;<br>Second, the free time and the long hours in which a person does not find anything useful to occupy his time with.&nbsp;<br>This is one of the most important reasons that made my cousin addicted to the Internet, because he had a lot of free time and did not have any talents or activities to occupy his free time.&nbsp;<br>He discovered that he is in an addiction spiral&nbsp; form many syndrome.&nbsp;<br>The most important of them spending a lot of time using the Internet<br>and feelings of distress, suffocation and tension in the event of not being able to connect to the Internet.<br>It took my cousin six months to treat his addiction using several methods of treatment.&nbsp;<br>First of all, Recognizing addiction is one of the most important treatment methods in order to solve any problem, you have to admit it.<br>This is one of the first ways to treat my cousin's addiction.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><em>By: Abdullah Almezyan</em></li></ul><div>Internet addiction&nbsp;<br>Many people suffer from internet addiction and many people try to get away from it but tend to fail, The first step to solve any sort of problem is to step out of the denial phase and accept that you have a problem. This is you first victory towards becoming better. By&nbsp;<br>saying that you have a problem, you become honest with yourself and it brings clarity to the whole situation.<br>The second way to help out your addiction is to limit the use of your technology (phones, video games and laptops). If you have the courage to do that, it would help you gradually get rid of your addiction.<br>Thirdly you can start being an outgoing person by just doing more outside activities like sports, hiking or whatever thing that includes you going outside. There’s also always therapy, therapy can be a way to heal your addiction but some downsides might be like it could be too expensive or too challenging, it all depends on the person.</div>]]></description>

Addiction is a major adverse effect of the internet.<br>Many people suffer from internet addiction, and many of them are unaware that they have a problem. internet addiction can have many negative consequences that can impair your social, emotional, and physical well-being.<br>Problems affecting social health. first main category of side Many millennials are addicted to the internet, and many of them are unaware of it.<br>Problems with social health are the first main category of negative effects. One of the consequences of internet addiction is a growing sense of isolation from family and friends. People nowadays spend less time interacting face to face and more time interacting with a screen environment.<br>Physical health is another category of common internet addiction adverse effects. When someone is utilizing the internet, they are almost always seated or lying down. They could be using a laptop, a desktop computer, or a mobile device. Every day, people spend an average of hours. This behavior leads to poor posture over time. This can result in back and neck issues, as well as a disproportionate posture. Furthermore, spending more time on the computer means spending less time exercising, leading to weight gain in many people.<br>The best piece of advice is to organize your use of the internet time. also use it in wise way.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

Playing sports games online for example is not real. You can enjoy it but for a short time. And then addiction will start and its negatives will appear. Of course there is a solution. Instead of playing football games online you can try it in reality. It's better physically and psychologically. Hiking with the friends is also useful for mental health and improving the relationship between you and them. Spending time outside helps increase positive energy. Whatever activity you do, it may be effective. Visiting your relatives and grandparents is a good activity. It will increase your happiness and will remove depression and sadness. Spending time with family and friends is the same. Travel is one of the effective ways to help get rid of internet addiction. Most people travel to discover new places and try new activities. Whether with his family, friends or even alone he will still happy.<br>There are many activities you can do outside that make you feel realistic about life. In my personal opinion living a real life instead of a virtual life is the solution.</div>]]></description>
