1) Globalization has transformed workplace practices in the sense of, it makes collaboration across borders more seamless, more easier? Because workforces today are more diverse, with employees from different cultural backgrounds bringing different perspectives. Just like in my company, even the CEO is not Malaysian, and his insights are truly inspiring. At the same time, digital transformation has enabled global talent access, with Zoom and Microsoft Teams making remote collaboration easier. Many companies now adopt hybrid work cultures but of course, theres also challenges.

2) Labor migration trends are closely linked to issues like economic globalization and human security. As economies become more interconnected, people move across borders for better job opportunities, especially in industries facing labor shortages. Factors like poverty, conflict, and political instability push people to migrate in search of safety and stability. That is why global inequalities and economic dependencies shape migration patterns & it makes international cooperation on labor rights/migration policies important.
