I have been an early educator since 1985. I just knew at a young age that I wanted to work with children. I started out as teacher’s aide and worked myself up to a Director. I had great opportunities working in the private sector and state funded programs. I have been very blessed with the wide variety of experiences I gained over the years working with children and families. I am realizing that you can never stop learning. I enjoyed my last two classes and that is when I realized that Pacific Oaks is the perfect opportunity to continue that learning and to help me grow as educator.

I am excited about what I will be learning and what tools I will be gaining. I have taken 7 classes so far and each class I have learned something new. I am looking forward to finding ways to help me at my program currently and taking some valuable information back to my staff. 

On my spare time, when I am not doing homework, I enjoy long walks, shopping, going to sports events and concerts. I mostly like spending time with family, friends and with my newest addition, my pup Sophie. 

we can lead a quality and honest life and as well at your place of employment. You set examples for the young and at work with the team. It takes a quite bit of discipline and leadership to operate as an ethical leader. One cannot live as followers unless it is to follow positive energy. An ethic leader must be open minded, honest, respectful and humane.
