Not only does it contribute to my overall physical health, but it also provides a mental boost, leaving me feeling more centered and resilient in the face of stressors.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Reflection:</strong> Making exercise a consistent part of my routine has notably improved my stress management. The increased energy, sense of accomplishment, and the positive impact on my mood have been striking. Engaging in physical activity serves as a powerful outlet for stress, and I find that it not only keeps me physically fit but also contributes significantly to my mental well-being.</p>]]></description>
