Growing up in Revelstoke gave me appreciation of community and dogs haha. Growing up there were dogs wandering around constantly until they forced leash laws in 2012. From my Mom, I got her beliefs in helping and showing love to others. 

From my grandparents, their values of respecting family and it doesn't matter if they are a second or third cousin, you treat them like your first cousin. 

In my family we communicate using English and oddly through hugs.

They can be a wild bunch and I didn't really inherit that from them. Two big stories from our family we share is when my Dad saved a kid when he used to be a lifeguard. During my summer I help finance and manage a company that produced kids plays in the Summer.
