First impressions often become lasting ones because when we first meet someone we get an insight on their personality and how they act.

A factor that influences attraction is the golden ratio which we use to analyze others ( National Geographic, 2015). It is used to determine how your face is proportioned , if the proportions of someones face is symmetrical they are likely to be more attractive. Another factor is the size of the body . Most people will chose someone who is not skinny or bigger (National Geographic, 2015). These factors create these influences because it shows how people choose who they are attracted to and what they preferably like.
