Kahoot is an online game where students compete against each other for the top 5 players. You can create a free account and make the game yourself using questions from an exam that students will be given, or just information that students will need to know. It is mostly used for review before exams. Kahoot corresponds to the evaluate level of Bloom's Taxonomy. This is because you can see who knows the material best with the top 5 of the game.
