Before the F1KD system was introduced, the CVF3 system tracked the monthly health compliance of children aged 0-2 years old. I have several questions regarding the transition:

1. Data Migration: Have the records of children aged 0-2 years old previously monitored under CVF3 been successfully transferred to the new CVF5 system?

2. F1KD Eligibility: Are the children whose health was monitored under CVF3 (0-2 years old) now eligible to be enrolled in the F1KD program?

3. CVF5 Structure: Will pregnant women and children aged 0-2 years old be recorded on the same CVF5 form, or will their data be separated into different forms? If they are on the same form, how will the data be organized to ensure clear distinction and efficient analysis of each group?

Initial Grant po ba nila is Jan 2025 (one month) lng po or Dec-Jan (2 months)? since itong guideline is 2025 po.

Once mag non-compliant po ang member na F1KD, affected din po ba ang ang regular grant nila for Health (750)??

Clear lang po namin, sa residing within the HH and reflected sa PPIS, paano ang treatment sa mga buntis na member ng HH na nsa roster (PPIS) pa din pero in reality meron nang sariling bahay at nakabukod na from the HH grantee?

Question: Yung 2 columns for remarks (column 6) ibig sabihin po ba Goods na yung for the 2 months monitoring of health facility?

Recommendation: Baka po pwedeng i-pattern parin sa usual CV forms na may 2 months and shade na lang if non-compliant, the guides and conditions naman po is in the forms na. Further, ganun din po sana sa encoding module kasi kung more than 1 ang remarks parang additional time sya for the encoders to select all the remarks of the health facility.
