In the recent years of Pakistan there have been many attacks on religious minorities. For example these minorities could be Hindu, Muslim, and a small percent of Christians. These attacks where a threat by the Taliban to tell these people to practice a different religion.

In the constitution of 1973 it states that in Pakistan the prime minister and the president have to be Muslim. There are many Taliban attacks over things like religion and believes. The Taliban overruled the government so they are in charge. Also, the main areas of operation are all throughout the country but it mostly takes place on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan so they can work in both areas.
