Drugs

The types of drugs teenagers take are marijuana, ecstasy, paco, morphine, cocaine and heroin. Furthermore, the song “Rehab” talks about Amy's reluctance to get treatment for her drinking and drug problem. She explains how she thinks she's fine and why going to rehab won't fix anything: as long as she's messing up in this, that or the other, she'll still be drinking. Rehab is a waste of everyone's time, in her eyes.

I think she is a girl who does not want to go to rehabilitation; she wants to continue with her life in this way to death. She does not want anyone to help her; she just wants to be in her world of drugs and alcohol. I think she should go to rehabilitation to save her life and get out of the world of drugs, which are very harmful, take advice from his father and have a better lifestyle. She needs to understand that her behavior ruins her life.

Actually, the types of drugs that teenagers take are stimulants; some examples are cocaine, crack cocaine and ecstasy. Depressants; the most commons are alcohol and cannabis (marijuana). Opiates & opioids; examples include heroin, morphine, opium. Hallucinogens; these include cannabis, LSD, ecstasy and psilocybin (magic mushrooms). Fruthermore, “Rehab” is about Amy's (the singer) denial to join a rehabilitation center due to her addiction to alcohol. Her dad tells her that she has to go to rehab, but he really doesn’t care much about her daughter. Therefore, she doesn`t want to go because she thinks she is fine, she keeps it under control but she knows she is going to find all her answers in alcohol. Within the lyrics, Amy mentions Ray, referring to Ray Charles and Donny Hathaway (ex-boyfriend).
I think that all the people who take drugs they do it because they don't know how to deal their problems. They need people who are prepared to listen to them, not people who only tell her that she has to go to rehab. Despite the fact that rehab is important, Amy needs somebody who she can trust. As she sings, “I don't ever want to drink again, I just, oh, I just need a friend”. Adding the fact that it she is influenced by her ex-boyfriend.
