Hi, my name is Robertus Lantip you can call me robert. I've been working with Mitrais for 6 years as a programmer and I've been working with several clients mostly working on web API or web application. I'm using .NET technology with C# programming language to provide web API for the database usually I'm using SQL Server or Postgres. I've been working with agile scrum methodology and using Jira or Azure board for a Project manager. I have a bachelor's degree majoring in information and technology from Atma Jaya University of Yogyakarta. In my last project I'm working for Pmsol project we designed and developed a web and mobile application to hire employees and post a job vacancy, we also provided the service to manage the employees including project assignment, assessment, contract price, customer management, calculating employees salary, tax, and allowance. for now, I'm looking forward to taking my career to the next level and continuing to add value to my project.

In my last project, I worked on Pmsol project to provide web and mobile applications to manage job vacancies, talent assessment, project management, customer management and manage employees. we are using .Net technology and C# programming language to build web API and for the frontend we use reactJs and react native for mobile application. we are working using agile scrum methodology and Jira for project manager. for cloud service, we use Azure DevOps and SQL server for the database. we build the application using monolithic and clean architecture. we spent around 7 months building the application from scratch and we managed to finish it on time.

In my last project, my client had a request to update the employee's salary and allowance calculation to be able to customize the configuration which has a big impact on the system and it needed to be done in a week. my manager realize that it was a big change and discussed it with my team to find the solution. I'm a backend engineer and I need to add this new feature to our system and modify the existing one in a tight schedule. so I propose the solution to break down our priorities since this feature needs to be done is our most priority we need to consider putting another workflow aside like a unit test and another minor bug to focus on this one and put the configuration on the same page so the frontend can work it a bit faster. what I did to work it faster is create a contract payload first with the front end so the front end didn't need to wait for the API first to work on. I need to keep communicating with the frontend developer every time there is a change on the property and try to finish it within 3 days. so we can use 2 days to integrate the API and fix bugs. As the result we can achieve the target and our client is happy with the results

In my last project, we faced an issue regarding the data and code issues in UAT environment during the presentation, so I tried to find the issue first on the environment but when I found that fixing that would need time then I checked up on the virtual machine environment which has faster deployment and deploy the fix within a second so we can switch to VM environment for the presentation and we can continue it well until the end
