The author says to his girlfriend that the love isn't only what we need in the night, not only a physical pleasure or good times, but it's a sharing of good and bad moments. He blames her for thinking that he didn't feel the love and that he doesn't deserve to receive it from her. So they start to argue and they offend each other dragging the mistakes of the past out into the light. The song ends saying that they're not the same, despite the fact that they're one and that he should learn to live with the other and not think only of himself or the couple.

Couple's life is not always easy, many problems and discussions can happen during the relationship ,but both partners have to be patient , forget their pride , and go on together, stronger than before.

The two lovers are trying to speak about their past and present feelings,but to find a solution is not easy. Selfishness and lack of sharing are the main problems. Love is to carry on each other both in good and bad moments and never give up. I think this is a realistic song but at the same time it is sad because too often love is not strong enough to overcome problems.
