People can get out of poverty if they work hard- Daniel Juricic

It depends, in a free market economy with lots of opportunities, I definitely agree as in every capitalist country, poverty has been reducted. In an oppressed economy though, It's irrelevant if you work hard, the state will take your money away via taxes or expropriations. In a space of freedom where any individual can unwind however they like to, definetly hard work is a road to get out of poverty. A simple example of what I just said, in Chile, in 1973, 55% of the population was poor. More than 4 decades of relatively free economy, only 8,6% of the population is poor. https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/share-of-population-living-in-poverty-by-national-poverty-lines?tab=chart&country=~CHL

I agree as this is a legal opening that can be used to retire early, or to play an easier sport, or to go to a woman´s jail as it happened in Argentina. Weather you like it or not, the law must be objective. If someone wants to identify himself as another gender, as a tree or as a car, it´s fine. But for cime activities, research and other things, this would be an isue that can make it more difficult to apply the law, or used badly. https://elpais.com/internacional/2018/03/22/solo_en_argentina/1521724377_896247.html

In a well developed countries there are lots of opportunities that people can take to improve but in other countries its more difficult. For example in a country with lots of taxes it's really difficult for a low class person to grow in a economic way but in a more developed country where they don't kill you with taxes and you can start your own project and have a lot more of flexibility.

I disagree because the problem with climate change is not the economic system, the problem is that a lot of people don't care about the planet, and that they contaminate without even thinking about it. The thing that can be done that is already improving in some countries is reducing the Co2 emissions. Also to create accessible green tech for companies. The economic system now a days has taken a lot of countries from poverty to a decent or developed country, so the economic system is not the problem.
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/241802674_Green_Technology_in_Developing_Countries_Creating_Accessibility_Through_a_Global_Exchange_Forum

Yes, but this also can be false, because it always depends on the type of company and its policies, since not every company affects climate change, but there are also many companies that do affect on this and don't even care, such as meat companies, or industrial textile companies. This also depends on the clients and the society in general, as if for example many people decide to stop eating meat, then there is a change (less meat consumed), so there are many factors that affect on this.
https://www.businessinsider.com/can-a-capitalist-economic-system-solve-climate-change-2018-10 As it says in the link, the answer to this is not clear since “There are many who think companies can and will take steps to help reduce emissions, and there are companies — including big ones like McDonald's and Walmart — that have taken steps to do so.” So, I think depends more on each specific company`s policies.
