ولكن كثيرون من المدراء يرون ان نجاح المؤسسة لا يرتبط بالموظفين ويمكن لأي شخص بمؤهلات كافية ان يقوم بعمل أي شخص مهما كان، لذلك تفقد المؤسسة من هذا النوع ولاء موظفيها ونفورهم فور الحصول على أي فرصة أخرى.

the two terms are compatible with each other and being a leader means being a manager in some way except the difference is that a leader allows their team members to grow naturally and to take risks regardless of the presence of their leader.

A manager focuses more on getting the job done instead of allowing the person to grow.

Therefore, I believe that the best balance is achieved when a manager has both leadership and management skills in order to be able to achieve the goals of the company, organization, or business and empower the individuals to achieve their own personal goals.
