         <description><![CDATA[<div>Science should be a priority especially in Elementary Education.  All students need to be given time for adequate instruction and inquiry.   Only providing 20 minutes a day is insufficient.   Many future jobs require students to have skills in all STEM areas, we need to provide the time for students to be able to acquire these skills. </div>]]></description>
