The pattern that I noticed about the fractions over 9 is that they all have repeating decimals. When you divide 1 by 9, you get 0.1111111, and so on and so forth. Then, when you take 2 divided by 9, you would simply be multiplying your answer for 1/9 by 2. Then, to get 3/9, you multiply your answer for 1/9 by three, and this pattern continues.

For fractions over 11, the pattern is how all of the repeating decimals are multiples of 0.09. (Note that the 0.09 repeats). You would use the same pattern that you used for the fractions over 9. Simply take 0.09 and multiply it by two to get your answer for 2/11, which would be 0.18 repeating. You would continue this pattern for the rest of the fractions over 11.
