Wasn't that such a silly story?! I bet Pete LOVES to eat pizza. Maybe you do too. Even though Pete's parents were pretending to make a pizza, they still followed all the steps needed to make one!

*Did you know that writers use steps to put their stories in order?*

1. Using your notebook and pencil, first tell me what your favorite thing to eat is. Then, write the steps you would take to make your favorite food using the words like first, then, next, after that and last. Draw a picture to go along with your writing.
