         <description><![CDATA[<div>On August 26<sup>th</sup>, 1928, the plaintiff, Ms. Stevenson, drank a bottle of ginger beer, produced by the defendant. The bottle had remains of a snail which were not noticed until most of the bottle was consumed. Because of this the Ms. Stevenson alleged, and her allegations must be accepted as true, suffering from shock and severe gastro enteritis. Therefore, the plaintiff, is setting an action against the manufacturer of the beer.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>The appellant friend bought her a bottle of ginger beer manufactured by the respondent on August 26th, 2015. The appellant drank it without realizing the bottle had inside a decomposed remains of a  snail,  as a result the appellant  suffered from shock and severe gastro enteritis. </title>

         <title>Ms. Stevenson was given a bottle of ginger beer to drink from a friend. The bottle, which was prepared by the manufacture had partial decomposed remains of a snail that wasn’t discovered until most of the bottle was empty. She suffered from shock as well as food poisoning. She therefore started the proceeding against the manufacturers.</title>
