         <description><![CDATA[<div>Where is the balance point between the art of teaching (natural, innate, on-the-fly, subconscious) and the science of teaching (meticulous, predetermined, planned, check-box approach)?  Can you practically create a lesson plan every day (or 7 lesson plans per day) at the level of detail that is suggested?<br><br>Sam: No one can start with this, and no one can do this for every lesson every day.  But it gives you lots of options.  (This needs to be added to the brief.)</div>]]></description>

However, this leads to him or her doing much less laborious work during the teaching day.&nbsp; The teaching day becomes about the relationships and Suasion...<br><br>The students do the work...they enjoy the work and learn.&nbsp; The teacher fosters that joy, grit, and learning.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

In many preparation programs, teachers are NOT taught ID, they're taught to use resources and pedagogies. But to personalize learning at the classroom level, teachers need to be effective IDers.
