I also really liked the ending because the boys got rescued. Not only did  it work around a intriguing what-if scenario, but it also showed the true nature of human beings, and what they are capable of. The book is full of great detail and strong word choice, only increasing the valuableness of the story. Also, there were a great number of twists and uncliched directions for the plot, making it an exciting read.

Nothing intricate though like the writing was very simplistic and straight forward. I think I might like the book later after we discuss allegory.

I hated the plot and found it hard to identify with the characters. I wish that they didn't kill Simon and PIggy those were the nicest people on the darn island.
