<title>Debbie Cook noticed that Marsha Colbey was no longer pregnant but did not have a baby, which stirred her interest. Cook involved the police in hopes that they would investigate the &quot;absent&quot; infant. The trial court sentenced her to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, and a short while later, she found her self shackled in a prison van heading to the Julia Tutwiler Prison for Women. Stevenson calls District Attorney Chapman and says he is going to file a motion to dismiss all charges against Walter. His wife was worried about him and didn't want to return home to people talking about the case. The community and racism that is going on might affect him, so she wanted him to stay in Montgomery. The state joined in the motion to dismiss charges against Walter. Give what ABI said he wouldn't try and prosecute Walter again. The hearing, the judge quickly grants the motion, and Walter is free.
