Bryan Stevenson helped get the freedom back after 6 years in prison. Stevenson calls District Attorney Chapman and says he is going to file a motion to dismiss all charges against Walter. His wife was worried about him and didn't want to return home to people talking about the case. The community and racism that is going on might affect him, so she wanted him to stay in Montgomery. The state joined in the motion to dismiss charges against Walter. Give what ABI said he wouldn't try and prosecute Walter again. The hearing, the judge quickly grants the motion, and Walter is free. I feel like they should support him after being because he spent 6 years in prison for a crime that he didn't do.
