The International Federation and Institutions of Libraries (IFLA) is leading the charge on development and access to information, in collaboration with the University of Washington Technological and Social Change Group (TASCHA), which tracks the country's progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals of promoting meaningful access to information. As part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and in response to the government's commitment to promoting meaningful access to information. It provides insights into diverse elements of meaningful information access by looking at four major pillars of access namely connectivity, norms, skills, and social and cultural rules.
