He was framed of stealing $ 5,000 shoes for homeless people. So he has to go to this reform camp for boys where he has to dig holes all day. While I was reading I found the contrast and contradictions signpost. When Stanley was in court he did not lie he completely told the truth most people would usually lie so they would not have to go to jail. But Stanley did not do that he stuck to the truth. But telling the truth didn't help him at all

Sophie was already surprised about being an elf. But this time she did not only surprise herself but everyone else. Sophie mind is impenetrable now one can read her mind. But everyone finds out that she is a project or a experiment to a rebellion called the black swan. And her mind was tampered with so she can be even more powerful than what she already is. Everyone was surprised that she was from the black swan sthe other characters had realized that she was very special not only because she grew up on earth. The main character Kate realized that Jacob the son of a worker for Kate's father is not like normal kids. Kate realized Jacob was "touched in the head" . When Kate originally first met him she thought he was a normal boy and began to ask questions about him but then Peggy Jacob's mother said he was touched and he does not go to school. Kate knew that means he those not understood everything. Kate felt sorry for Peggy.

Jacqueline's mother in the book is upset in the story because she left the south where her true home is. But while Jacqueline's mother and father were living as slaves. Jacqueline's mother is upset because she misses the south. I wonder why she misses the south still she must have been treated terribly if she wanted to flee from the south.

Jacqueline's mother was saying "you will never say ain't anywhere ". I think the reason why Jacqueline's mother said that beacause reminded her of all the things she couldn't do while living in the south. If I were in Jacqueline's mothers place I will totally agree with her. They live in the north where they could be free.

10/
While I was reading I found a c.c. It was when Charlie had been acting differently then most people would have if there mother had just died. Charlie said it was Layfaytte's fault there mother died. When layfayyte couldn't do anything because his mom had diabetes the extra weird thing is Charlie didn't blame his older brother at all. I think Charlie didn't blame him because he was scared of him because in the book it says
Tyree is very strong and gets angry easily.
