Using online tools to writing is more comfortable than writing on paper becuase it is easy to change sentences or correct the mistakes. Also, I can insert sentences easily. I really enjoy tasks with collaboration. 
Product and process approach on writing are the approaches I already know and use. On the other hand, snack writing is gorgeous. Learning a new type of writing approach to be able to use in classes. Yay!!!! I will definitely give it a try before my PLC meetings. It gives much opportunity to learners to write freely and collaboratively. I really liked it. 
When I arrive my school, I will try most of the techniques, methods and approaches to get experienced in first hand. In my PLC meetings, after we cover the techniques, I am sure that all of the teachers will say " I can not implement these with my students. Then I can give them my first hand experiences. 
My aim is to remind my collegues to go step by step. Then they will realize that it will take time to teach writing. They have to be patient and go with baby steps.

I liked the idea how to use speaking activities in crowded classes. Groups can be suitable. Also error correction is hard, but errors can be corrected after speaking activities. Students may feel offended if we corrrect them while speaking. Class survey is great. I can use it to wncourage them speaking. I can provide chunks on board. In PLC meetings, I am going to use class survey to get them ready. Even teachers dont want to speak first. "have you ever " technique can encurage them to talk with eachother. Even though I hate grammar, I enjoyed the 5th day. Differenciation in grammar, huh! I never thought of it. Easy to apply. I can love the idea of differenciating the coursebook activities. Mostly, coursebook activities are given with the chunks and useful language. I just need to make them harder for the stronger students. I had a very stronger student in my first year. She was great in grammar vocabs and grammar. Sometimes, I made speaking circle with the her class. She never spoke, but she was writing the answers in papers. She made her firends to read her sentences. I wish I had known differenciation that day.
In PLC meetings, I will focus on differenciation. Students loves it, and I can differenciate it. When I felt they didnt revise the vocabs, I told them to complete only two of them. With revising some of them, They could learn easily. If they follow their friends, they may learn most of the vocabs introduced in the unit. 
Realizing that we have two kinds of wordrobe, I must activate their passive vocabs. I figured out they know lots of words, but they couldnt use as we mentioned. 
Seven times repetion of word. I must use much more different types of exercises. Also, I love word pyramid idea from Nazlı. It is a really good advice. Self assessment skill is a must  I guess. If our goal is to achieve autonomous learner, they have to learn controlling their own learning at certain level. It is a skill that can be useful for their lives as well. We can make use of different kinds of self assesment techniques. I like target feedback most. 
  The role of facilitators is motivating their collegues, sharing their ideas and experiences about PLC and involving them in the PLC to apply new teqniques, new strategies, new digital tools in their classroom.After todays sessions I feel relaxed and motivated because ı got all the answers about facilitators.  What problems may ı face and how can I find solutions.How can I motivate my collegues, school leaders.
