Then we eat dessert and open presents. Then Christmas morning we go to my mom's family in the morning and eat the biggest best breakfast with toast and eggs and bacon. I love seeing both sides for Christmas.

In total there are 24 of us. My mother-in-law hands out parts to the 12 Days of Christmas song and when it is your part you stand up and sing your verse. It is very funny to see everyone standing and sitting while singing this traditional song. We share a lot of laughs.

It is a British tradition when gifts/ boxes were given to people who worked for you or the poor. All of our large extended family get together for a day of relaxation & fun. We play silly games & act like kids again. Our American family & friends love to celebrate Boxing Day with us.
