         <description><![CDATA[<div>Innovations like the steam engines or textile machinery increased the efficiency of production methods because it cut the production time in half while requiring less labor than usual. With the steam engine all factories needed to do was to be located somewhere where water power was available. By 1883 an engine with 10,000hp had come easy. </div>]]></description>
