She begins by cutting off Margaret's hair, then colored her hair with a permanent marker, and lastly cut off her own hair and colored it green. Clementine and Margaret get in a silly fight over Clementine's age. In the middle Margaret and Clementine get in argument over Clementine's age. Clementine focuses her attention on addressing the pigeon problem. She discovers Mrs. Jacobi is feeding the pigeons Cheerios in the front of the building. Clementine encourages Mrs. Jacobi to feed them on the side of the building out of her dining room window. In the end Clementine and Margaret give each other presents and apologize.
