In order to have your copy of the ingoing condition report used at the time of vacating, it is required to be returned to your Investment Manager within 7 days of receipt.

A link for your activation of the portal has been sent to you for your use.


No repairs will be accepted over the phone and by email. 

Emergency requests can also be attended using the portal, upon lodging of request our emergency tradespeople will be automatically notified.

During the inspection, a 1-2 minute video will be conducted of the property, followed by images and  videos of up to 10 seconds of each room to be attached to the ispection report.
