By the end of the sessions, I'm always struggling to concentrate, no matter how much I try! 

Part of it is just the nature of the DTS and is unavoidable. But would it be at all possible to break the content up a bit, e.g. interactive quizzes to see how much we've learnt? E.g., small coding exercises before moving onto the next concept?
