So here are some tips that you should consider. The first and probably one of the most important rules is to always have    an adult with you. Especially if you're under 12 years old. You can't go by yourself for several reasons. Number 1, you might get lost and number 2 some stranger could do who knows what to you. Maybe you could even convince your parents to dress up too!

Another important rule is to wear a safe and comfortable costume. You don't want to be itching yourself every five seconds when you're trying to have fun! Also make sure your costume is not too long, so you don't trip. And if you're wearing a mask make sure you can see through it 'cause it's going to be dark out! Also, if your costume has a source of light you're ready! 

Speaking of light, you should probably bring a source of light. It comes in handy since it's like 9:00 pm. You could bring a flashlight or a glow stick and you're good! You can shine the light on the road to make sure there's no cars coming!
