It is also a good idea that if you are in a group stay with your group. You do not want to take the risk of getting lost by your self. Also you should not eat any candy if it is unwrapped or open. Do not run from house to house because you could trip or fall and ruin your halloween experience. Keep a flash light or some sort of light source with you. They're not real but somethings are. Number one you should always stay with a adult . Don't eat any candy that looks weird or is already opened. You should do this because it could be bad for you or have chemicals in it
Number three .if you go trick or treating with friends don't run ahead of the group. They might think you've been kidnapped or you've gotten lost and then they'll call the police and then things will just go downhill from there.Number four is that you should go trick or treating in a cumfterable costume.

When you're going out to trick or treat, it's important to stay safe. So here are some tips that you should consider. The first and probably one of the most important rules is to always have an adult with you. Especially if you're under 12 years old. You can't go by yourself for several reasons. Number 1, you might get lost and number 2 some stranger could do who knows what to you. Maybe you could even convince your parents to dress up too!

Another important rule is to wear a safe and comfortable costume. You don't want to be itching yourself every five seconds when you're trying to have fun! Also make sure your costume is not too long, so you don't trip. And if you're wearing a mask make sure you can see through it 'cause it's going to be dark out! Also, if your costume has a source of light you're ready!

Speaking of light, you should probably bring a source of light. It comes in handy since it's like 9:00 pm. You could bring a flashlight or a glow stick and you're good! You can shine the light on the road to make sure there's no cars coming!

So there you go. A couple of tips to keep you safe on Halloween!

Don't make a costume that's all black because when you cross a road cars won't see you when you walk by. My third is bring a flashlight. It's going to be dark when your walking. Otherwise you might get lost and not be able to see and find your way back

Fourth you should never go alone because you might get hurt and not have someone to go get help until the next day witch is dangerous. Trick or treating some times are dangerous because its dark outside and there might be something outside that you don't even know .
