From above, connected learning combines youth interest, with supportive relationships, and creates multiple opportunities for youth and this can be done by using technology in the classroom. When I see all three of those in combination it seems like the perfect recipe for student learning in an active way that also makes them excited to learn. What this image shows is that all these aspects need to happen all at once in order for it to truly work. In a world that is constantly changing rapidly, mostly due to advancements in technology (I mean billionaires are going to space for fun now!). Schools need to advance, it can no longer be the same as it has been! Using connected learning can advance schools for students in a way that will make them more equitable, help students socially/mentally, and also just make learning the best it can be for ALL students.
